Deliveries
Please allow 3 - 5 business days for UK delivery.
Please allow 7-14 business days for International delivery.
All UK and International orders are sent using a first class Royal Mail service. For a fully tracked service please get in contact and we can give you a shipping quote.
Delivery rates are calculated by the size, weight, value of the order and destination.
You will be sent an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

COVID-19 DELIVERY TIMES
Royal Mail are reporting delivery delays in some areas due to staff shortages and a backlog of mail. Whilst many deliveries are still within the normal time frames, please allow plenty of time (7-10 working days [UK] and at least 14 working days [International] ) for an item to arrive, especially if ordering for a certain date or special occasion. Please also note that Royal Mail are also no longer delivering on a Saturday.
Returns
We do not accept returns.
If the product you receive is faulty or incorrect i.e. Wrong name or design, foil colour, from the information you have given us. We will gladly send over a replacement at no extra cost. If this being the case, you can contact us. We would like photo evidence of the mistake and please state the correction needed. We will send a replacement ASAP.
